• Candidate refers to any individual who creates a profile and takes assessments on the platform
• Assessment refers to any test, evaluation, or examination administered through the platform

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and during assessments
• Not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or compromise the integrity of any assessment

All assessments on Glotesta are conducted within a secure, video-monitored environment. Any attempt to cheat, use unauthorized aids, impersonate another individual, or otherwise compromise assessment integrity will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of results, and potential suspension or termination of your account.

The platform, including its content, features, assessments, and functionality, is owned by Glotesta and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Glotesta provides the platform on an as-is basis. While we strive to maintain accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Glotesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
